Bost is licensed by the Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services, Arkansas Division of Children and Family Services, Arkansas Office of Long Term Care, and Arkansas Rehabilitation Services.

Bost is also a member of the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, Van Buren Chamber of Commerce, Russellville Chamber of Commerce, Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, Dardanelle Chamber of Commerce, Harrison Chamber of Commerce, Rogers Chamber of Commerce, Arkansas Chamber of Commerce, American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR), and the Americas-Group, formerly the Affirmative Business Alliance of North America (ABANA).
