
The ICF/MR Program provides a highly-structured living environment and 24-hour supervision in a "home-like" atmosphere for adults who need intensive training.
The ICF/MR Program has two residential facilities in Fort Smith, Arkansas housing ten adult clients and one residential facility in Booneville, Arkansas housing 15 clients. Bost, Inc.’s ICF/MR highly trained personnel include: qualified mental retardation professionals, nursing staff (RN & LPN), administrator, administrative services and direct support professional staff.
Woodcrest ICF/MR
Located at 1501 East Main in Booneville, this is a coed home that serves 15 individuals.
Willow Creek
Located at 2405 South 51st Court in Fort Smith, this is a women’s home that serves 10 individuals.
Brazil
Located at 2010 Brazil Street in Fort Smith, this is a men’s home that serves 10 individuals.
The ICF/MR program provides individualized treatment programs for each client. Individual Program Plans (IPP) are completed which outline specific client needs and goals for improvement. Those needs are met through training and the care provided by the ICF/MR staff.
