Property Management

Bost coordinates the maintenance and repairs of all of its properties utilizing both internal maintenance personnel as well as external vendors.

An electronic work order system allows supervisors at each location to efficiently communicate maintenance and repair requests so that these needs can be addressed in a timely manner. Facility Management also stores all of the Agency’s surplus furniture and equipment.

Grounds Management

Bost maintains the lawn and landscaping of the majority of its locations with employed grounds personnel. In addition to maintaining the grounds at its own locations, Grounds Management seeks commercial grounds contracts and currently provides its services for a number of commercial and institutional properties.

Fleet Management

Bost has a fleet of both transportation and service vehicles. All of the maintenance and repairs on these vehicles are performed in-house at a fully-equipped auto repair facility located within the Property Management building.

Custodial Management

Bost employs floor care personnel to maintain the flooring surfaces of each of its buildings. Utilizing professional floor care equipment, routine and seasonal maintenance of both hard surfaces and carpeted areas are performed in-house.

Document Management

Bost stores all of its inactive files and documents within the Document Management area of the Property Management building. The secure access area also has a shredding area where documents that are no longer required to be kept are destroyed. In addition to performing all of the Agency’s paper shredding, Property Management seeks shredding opportunities from external sources, either on an incidental or contractual basis.
