The ICF/MR (Intermediate Care Facility/Mentally Retarded) Program provides a highly-structured living environment and 24-hour supervision in a "home-like" atmosphere for adults who need intensive training.
The ICF/MR Program has two residential facilities in Fort Smith, Arkansas housing ten adult clients and one residential facility in Booneville, Arkansas housing 15 clients. The facilities are:
- Willow Creek ICF/MR for women which is located at 2405 South 51st Court Street
- Brazil ICF/MR for men which is located at 2010 Brazil Street
- Woodcrest ICR/MR located next to Wal-Mart in Booneville.
The ICF/MR program provides individualized treatment programs for each client. Individual Program Plans (IPP) are completed which outline specific client needs and goals for improvement. Those needs are met through training and the care provided by the ICF/MR staff.
The ICF/MR Program has approximately 35 staff members to provide individualized services to its clients. Bost's ICF/MR personnel include:
- one RN and two LPN's
- one in-house supervisor per facility
- an administrator
- a QMRP
- a secretary, and
- approximately 24 direct-care staff
Other professional services are provided by consultant staff including:
- pharmacists
- psychologists
- dietitians
- physical therapists
- social workers
- dentists, and
- physicians
