Memorials and Honorariums   Honor the memory of a loved one, a birthday, an anniversary, recovery from an illness, a wedding, or other occasion with a special gift. The amount of your gift will not be revealed. Your kindness will make two hearts happy: the one you  honor and the one your gift serves.

Jolene LeRoy Independence Scholarship   This scholarship was established in memory of Jolene LeRoy who served as Bost’s director of residential services from 1989-1995.  The Fund is a lasting memorial to Jolene’s vision that individuals who are capable have the opportunity to achieve their dream of living on their own.  It is awarded each year to a Bost client.

Rollie Boreham, Jr. Children’s Scholarship Fund   This fund was established to help defray the costs of Bost Children’s Ser vices that are not covered by other sources.  The children at Bost, Inc. had a special place in longtime friend and benefac- tor Rollie Boreham, Jr’s heart.

Matching Gifts    You can maximize your gift if your company matches employee’s donations.  Request a copy of the matching gift form.  Review the program guidelines to see if Bost, Inc. is eligible to receive matching gifts.  We will process the form and send it back to your employer. Your company will send its matching donation directly to Bost.

Appreciated Securities   A gift of appreciated securities has at least two advantages: it provides the donor both an income tax deduction equal to the fair market value of the securities, and the avoidance of capital gains.

Planned Giving Options  There are many ways to support future Bost programs through your will, estate plan, life insurance, property or life income arrangements.  Such deferred gifts provide an opportunity to support favorite charities while also accruing benefits to you and your family, including income or estate tax deductions, increased spendable income, and elimination of capital gains tax on appreciated stocks.
