  1. How long have you been with Bost? 23 years in March
  2. How did you first get involved with Bost, and what sparked that interest? A friend was managing the FSSTC Skills program and I needed a job. I started out as a substitute instructor. Once I was involved it became more than a job
  3. What does your job entail? I work with outside vendors to get work for the consumers. I work with staff to help keep the consumers working.
  4. What has surprised you most about working with Bost? Learning that everyone can work if given the opportunity
  5. What do you hope will be different about the world we live in because of what you do here? The consumers know they can try and accomplish anything they want.
  6. Is there an achievement or contribution that you are most proud of? Helping a consumer with learning and doing a job they thought they could not do.
  7. What do you think other people should know about Bost? Bost serves people with challenges and helps them make their lives better.
  8. What is the best career lesson you have learned so far? Change is always going to happen, do not let it get you down.
  9. What would you do (for a career) if you were not doing this? Probably working in a manufacturing environment
  10. Before working at Bost, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?  Mapping residences for U.S census             
  1. What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13? Learn more about challenges for people with disabilities.
  2. Three words to best describe you: Happy, dependable, good cook
  3. What do you like to do when you aren’t working? Spending time with family and reading
  4. What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?I can sit at a ball field for hours just to see some kids have fun.
  5. Where’s your favorite place in the world? On a lake with family
  6. If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why? My dad, I was only 5 months old when he died.
  7. What is the one thing you can’t live without? God
  8. If you could have any superpower what would it be? Be able to wave a wand to make everyone happy.
  9. What is one food that you cannot resist?  Any kind of chocolate except for white chocolate
  10. Is there anything else you would like to share with me? God’s gift to me is being able to determine the best solution in order to help our consumers accomplish the jobs we have either through construction of helping devices or different methods specialized for different needs to abilities.
