    1. How long have you been with Bost? 27yrs not including the time in waiver.
    2. How did you first get involved with Bost, and what sparked that interest? I applied in waiver in 1990 when Reva Leflure and Randy Sanders started the waiver program. I worked for them for a while. At that time, they did not have a client to work with due to the program being so new. I resigned and went to work for the Human development center in Booneville and then I found a job opening at Bost in 1994 and reapplied in the ICF program and have worked here since.
    3. What does your job entail? I am the QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) and Supervisor over Brazil and Willow Creek ICF/IID facilities.
    4. What has surprised you most about working with Bost? The changes through the years.
    5. What do you hope will be different about the world we live in as a result of what you do here? I hope the general public will have a better understanding of the population we serve, and the individuals are people like anyone else.
    6. Is there an achievement or contribution that you are most proud of? Finishing my education. It’s never too late to go back to school.
    7. What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far? Sometimes you just have to be quiet.
    8. What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this? I would be an R.N. or go back to school to finish my Masters.
    9. Before working at Bost, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? I owned a flower shop for 5 years.
    10. What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13? Stay in school, finish your degree and continue to excel in everything you do.
    11. Three words to best describe you: Compassionate, Loyal and Honest.
    12. What do you like to do when you aren’t working? I love to Travel. It doesn’t matter where; I just love to go.
    13. What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know? I love to camp, go boating and water skiing/tubbing.
    14. Where’s your favorite place in the world? Too many places to choose. I have seen so many beautiful places.
    15. If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why? I would love to meet my mother one more time and tell her all the things I didn’t get too before she passed.
    16. What is the one thing you can’t live without? Sweet Tea!!!
    17. If you could have any superpower what would it be? To be able to read people’s minds.
    18. What is one food that you cannot resist? Fried potatoes
    19. Is there anything else you would like to share with me? I absolutely love the clients we serve. I always feel we can do more and do better.
