Why do you do what you do?  Started in this field because I am majoring in Psychology. I feel like people don’t give enough credit to people with disabilities. I know while at Bost I would have the opportunity to spend time with such people getting to learn their unique talents and abilities, and I get to help them grow while using them. How long have you worked in this field? How did you get started? 6 months I got started because I have always wanted to work in the medical field and a family member told her about Bost

Ashley enjoys working with the consumers she cares for are happy to see her when she walks in the door. She always has a smile on her face. and she truly like to make a difference in our consumer’s life. Ashley encourages the people she works with to grow and dream. Ashley takes her consumer to adult GED classes and encourages them to work out to stay healthy
