Back in November 2018, TJ Maxx in Russellville reached out to Arkansas Rehabilitation Services looking for an employee. Bethany was referred to TJ Maxx for an interview, where she successfully obtained a temporary position for the holidays working in the fitting rooms. After the holiday season, Bethany offered a full-time position. With the help of her job coach, Abbagail Nelson, Bethany has gained a lot more self-confidence. In the beginning she struggled with engaging with customers, counting items in and out of dressing rooms, and doing announcements over the intercom. Bethany is now able to accomplish these tasks with minimal assistance of her job coach.  We at Bost could NOT be prouder of Bethany’s accomplishments!
