On a daily basis, Bost serves more than 1,000 individuals of all ages in Arkansas.

Many of the individuals served are mentally or developmentally disabled or have behavioral health needs; however, Bost also provides programs for other types of mental and physical disabilities, as well as for disadvantaged non-disabled individuals.

Bost is one of the largest providers of ACS Medicaid Waiver services in Arkansas.

Applications are made through the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
