Matthew Hoffman was hired in Bost’s Work Development Department as a material handler and back up truck driver in January 2023. Matt is a great addition to the Bost team and has gone out of his way in multiple areas to help.

Recently Reba Denton, Work Development Supervisor, was speaking with Matt about a project on the floor of the workshop that some of those served by Bost had issues completing due to the need for advanced dexterity. Matt took the time to see how the job was currently done, what the issue was, and came up with a “jig” to assist. Now many of those served seek the opportunity to wind straps using the crank Matt made. Those that previously couldn’t manage are so proud they can contribute to the completed task!
