Bost Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance and Floor Care Tech. These positions will be responsible for performing needed repairs and/or preventative maintenance as directed by the supervisor. They will assist the grounds service team with performance of seasonal preventative measures, and move or transport items, such as, furniture or documents. Potential for flexible scheduling is possible and entry level experience is accepted. 

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Technical school or vocational training preferred.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in facility maintenance or fleet maintenance.
• Experience with floor care equipment, including buffers, burnishers, and carpet cleaning machines.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.

Workdays/Hours:    Flexible
