Bost Inc. is seeking a full time Job Coach in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and surrounding areas. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, have a high school diploma/GED, and two years of experience in the field of disabilities. Applicants must also have strong interpersonal skills, the capacity to work as a team player, and experience with Microsoft Office programs. Additionally, applicants must obtain the necessary certifications through Arkansas Rehabilitation Services and have a driving record that is acceptable to the Agency’s insurance company. All applicants will also need to have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with program participants to help provide guidance and counseling to assist participants in achieving their readiness for the vocational outcome of their choice. Applicants will also be expected to identify, and coordinate needed services to a specific caseload of individuals. Additionally, applicants will assist supervisors with other necessary job-related tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, job training for consumers, identifying consumers for competitive or supported employment, vocational rehabilitation placement, aiding in job counseling, applications, and interviews.  Other duties as assigned.
