Bost Inc. is urgently hiring a full time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at two of our intermediate care facilities (ICF) in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Bost is looking for energetic and compassionate LPNs to join our team and develop positive interpersonal relationships with the individuals with disabilities who reside at our ICFs. Eight-hour shifts and rotating weekends are required for full-time positions. PRN opportunities are also available. Applicants must be licensed in the state of Arkansas as an LPN. Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN performs delegated tasks within the standards and scope of nursing practice.

Responsibilities include the administering of medications, observing, recording, and reporting the resident’s condition and reaction to medications, following protocols for drug regimen for each resident as developed by interdisciplinary team, report seizure activity and follow the seizure protocol in assisting the individual during the seizure to ensure safety. Other nursing duties as assigned.

Workdays/ Hours:

40 hours per week – additional shifts may be available
