Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Bost DSP’s must have a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance, and pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Workdays/Hours:      

Sunday 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 10:00 pm to 8:00 am

Friday 10:00 pm to 8:00 am

Pay Rate: 13.00/hr

Bost, Inc. is seeking a full-time janitor at the Child Development facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. As a janitor, you will be responsible for performing janitorial building duties such as cleaning offices, halls, stairwells, and bathrooms. Additional job duties will involve cleaning and stocking bathrooms, cleaning bathroom fixtures daily, mopping classrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens daily, emptying all trash cans, sweepings halls, and cleaning/sanitizing door handles in common areas.

Applicant must a high school diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license. In addition, applicants must be able to work well with others, stay on task when working independently, be responsible for safeguarding and educating consumers, and show good judgement in handling emergency situations. Physical requirements include being able to lift up to 55 lbs.

Workdays/Hours:      

Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking pre-school lead DSP’s to work directly with children (aged 1-5), in our Fort Smith, Arkansas facility.

As a pre-school lead DSP, you will be responsible for assisting and overseeing CDA’s with assigned classroom actives, and ensuring Children’s Services are consumer-based, working with Early Childhood Developmental Specialist to create classroom curriculum, that the classroom is clean and safe and that the classroom activities support integration of children with and without disabilities.

Applicant must be 21 years old, possess a high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and a driving record that is acceptable to Bost, Inc. insurance company.

Work Days/Hours:     

Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
