Meet Mary Ann!
Mary Ann came to us through her family and was previously living at home. She has been at the Willow Creek ICF facility for approximately 10 years. One reason Mary Ann wanted to move into the Willow Creek facility was because she wanted to learn new/more life skills. She has become much more independent and has learned several new life skills. She works in the workshop at Bost Work Development Center and has worked previously in Janitorial. Mary Ann is an excellent worker and can perform several of the jobs independently. She loves to earn money and go shopping or go on trips. She competes in Special Olympics and has attended the State Special Olympics games in Searcy several times. She would like someday to become independent enough to have her own apartment. This is a goal that we are working with Mary Ann on to someday achieve this. We are proud of Mary Ann and all her accomplishments.
