Question:  How long have you been with Bost?

I have been with Bost for 27 years.

Question:  How did you first get involved with Bost, and what sparked that interest?

I became involved with Bost when my sister became a consumer. It was hard to find staff for her, so I started working for Bost. I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for special needs individuals, so Bost was a perfect fit.

Question:  What has surprised you most about working with Bost?

The growth and need for individuals to work with and be the voice for those less fortunate is huge and ever increasing. I don’t believe the general population realizes how important this is.

Question:  What do you wish other people knew about Bost?

Question:  What’s the best thing that has happened since you started working with Bost?

I wish people knew that the individuals served by Bost are just like them. They just want to live their lives; enjoying all that life offers. To be considered “normal” is their hope.

The growth and expansion of Bost and its programs has been amazing.

Question:  What do you hope will be different about the world we live in as a result of what you do here?

My hope for the future is for more individuals to reach their potential through the help of Bost.
