Questions about the PASSE System?

Bost has contracted with all three PASSEs to ensure efficient and continuous service.

As many of you know, many of the Medicaid services we offer are now being administered through the PASSE system. This involves many changes and things that we are not accustomed to. But don’t fret, Bost is on the cutting edge of all of these changes as they happen. We have people working in the capital as well as across the state to make sure that we stay on top of all the changes and relay them all to you as soon as we know them.

Bost is working with legislators, lobbyists, provider groups, and special committees to make sure that all of your concerns are heard. If you ever have any questions about this new system, your services, or how things might be changing, please don’t ever hesitate to reach out to your department director or the Assistant Executive Director – James Maginot – 479-478-5596.

We have formed strong relationships with many different actors in this ever-changing field, and are committed to helping you get the answers you need. Please watch Bost’s Facebook page as well as the Facebook page for Arkansas Department of Human Services. These will give you up to the minute reminders of all of the changes taking place.
